Our Company, E. KYRIAKIDES LIGHTING LTD, is active in the wholesale and retail trade of lighting fittings and lamps. As a Company, we would like to assure you that your personal data is safe and protected.
WHAT OUR POLICY COVERS
We are committed to do what is right in the way we collect, use and protect your personal data. For this reason, we have developed a Privacy Policy (“Policy”), which defines the types of personal data we collect, explains how and why we collect and use your personal data, explains when and why we share personal data within E.Kyriakides Lighting Ltd or with third parties and clearly describes the rights and choices you have regarding your personal data.
The Policy applies to you if you purchase from us and also if you contact us or we contact you about our products.
WHAT KIND OF PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
If you request a quotation and you are not already a customer of ours, on the quotation form we only record your name, and if already given to us by you, your contact details. In any case, you are free to contact the company yourself any time you wish. When placing an order with us, we collect your personal data (name, full address, telephone number, e-mail address) and, where appropriate, the payment method.
Whenever you contact us about our products either by phone, email, or through our website, we may also collect personal data that you provide about yourself. We also collect information from emails you sent to us to create a personal customer card.
Moreover, for marketing as well as after sales service purposes, we keep information about your purchases (for example, what you bought, when you bought it, payment method).

PERSONAL DATA OF CHILDREN
We do not collect such information in the normal course of our company’s business. Where such collection is deemed necessary, this is done after obtaining the written consent of the child's parents or guardian.
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your personal data is kept for as long as you are a customer of our company. After our business relationship has ended, we may retain your data for up to ten (10) years, in accordance with the directive of the Personal Data Protection Commissioner (http://www.dataprotection.gov.cy) unless you inform us to the contrary.
